When is my Tempo Traveller booking confirmed?
A booking is confirmed after the required customer details and applicable advance payment or booking amount have been received.
Are tolls, parking and entry charges included?
These charges depend on your selected package. Any applicable tolls, parking fees, permits or entry charges will be communicated before or during the booking.
Can I change my pickup location or itinerary?
Changes may be possible depending on vehicle availability, timing and route. Additional charges may apply for changes to the confirmed itinerary.
